RWANDAN COFFEE, TEA AND HANDCRAFTS FEATURED AT THE 18TH SHOM CHARITY BAZAAR
On 7th December 2025, the 18th edition of the Spouses of Heads of Missions - SHOM Charity Bazaar was held at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw, bringing together sixty-two (62) Embassies accredited in Poland.
Participating Embassies showcased and sold cultural and culinary heritage unique products with the collected funds directed to supporting charitable initiative benefiting people in need in Poland.
Embassy of Rwanda took part in the event, presenting its renowned coffee, tea, and traditional handcrafts. Visitors to the Rwandan booth also tasted Rwandan style prepared teas and coffee.
The event was held under the Honorary Patronage of the Spouse of the President of Poland, Mrs. Marta Nawrocka, who visited the Rwandan stand and was received by Ambassador Prof. Anastase SHYAKA and his Spouse, Beata SHYAKA who explained to her the exhibited Rwandan products.
During the event, nursery kids from Siemiatycie accompanied with their teachers and parents participated and sang a Rwandan Christmas song in Kinyarwanda “Nimusingize Nyagasani, Noheli nziza" ie Praise all the Lord, Merry Xmas.
