To promote and protect the interests of the Republic of Rwanda in the Republic of Poland , by strengthening and deepening political, cultural, scientific and economic relations between the Government and people of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government and the people of the Republic of Poland as well as serving the needs of Rwandans living in Poland .

To contributing to the implementation of the Rwanda Foreign Policy by promoting the excellent relations based on respect and mutual interests;

- Strengthening bilateral relations between Rwanda and Poland and other countries accredited to the Rwanda embassy in Poland ;

– Promoting and protecting the interests of Rwanda as well as those of the Rwandans living in Poland and to involve them in the development of Rwanda;

- Mobilizing and attracting foreign investments to Rwanda and arrange for Rwandan products to enter foreign markets;

- Following up on the implementation, evaluation and monitoring of the bilateral and multilateral agreements;

- Strengthening the positive image of Rwanda by correcting the wrong perception of the outside world and safeguard the unity and history of the Rwanda and her people;

- Contributing to the creation of wealth through the promotion of regional integration and fair global trade.
