RWANDA AND POLAND SIGN BILATERAL AIR SERVICE AGREEMENT
Wednesday, 13 November 2024 - The Republic of Rwanda and the Republic of Poland signed the Bilateral Air Service Agreement (BASA). The ceremony, held at the Ministry of Infrastructure in Warsaw, Poland, was presided over by the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Infrastructure, Mr. Maciej Lasek, representing Poland, and H.E Ambassador Prof. Anastase Shyaka, representing Rwanda.
This agreement paves the way for airlines from both nations to operate direct passenger and cargo flights, fostering stronger connectivity between the two countries. These direct air links will stimulate trade and tourism opportunities between Rwanda and Poland and across their respective regions.
The signing of BASA agreement reflects the shared commitment of both nations to deepen their partnership, laying a promising path for future collaboration.
