On 22nd March 2022, Ambassador of Rwanda, Prof. Anastase SHYAKA, visited the Military University of Technology and was received by its Commendant and Rector, Col. Prof. Przemysław Wachulak. The objective of the visit was to explore opportunities and possibilities of having exchange programs between the University and Military higher learning institutions in Rwanda.

Military University of Technology in Warsaw is a military, academic polytechnic university operating since 1951. As a public university supervised by the Minister of National Defence in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, the University educates students and conducts scientific research in a multitude of domains at bachelor’s, Masters and PhD levels.

It has 7 faculties, military and technology oriented:

.- Faculty of Security, Logistics and Management,

• Faculty of Cybernetics (cryptology and cybersecurity),
•  Faculty of Electronics,
•  Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodesy,
• Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Mechatronics, Armament and Aerospace,
• Faculty of Advanced Technologies and Chemistry and
• Institute of Optoelectronics (space and satellite engineering) .

It trains both military and civilian students and collaborate with many european and American academic institutions.
