On 24^th October 2025, H.E. Prof. Anastase SHYAKA, Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to Poland, paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Ireneusz RAS, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Sport and Tourism of the Republic of Poland. The meeting focused on exploring potential areas of cooperation between Rwanda and Poland in the fields of tourism and sport.

Hon. RAS commended Rwanda’s participation as a Partner Country in the TT Warsaw Expo 2025, held from 10^th to 12^th October in Warsaw. He also expressed appreciation for Rwanda’s successful organization of the 2025 UCI World Cycling Championships, noting that it provides a solid foundation for enhanced bilateral cooperation.

Both sides discussed opportunities to foster mutually beneficial collaboration in tourism and sport, two dynamic sectors with the potential to further stimulate partnerships in other areas of shared interest.
